Everyday deliveries from major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post arrive at the central Unimall courier hub.
Walking back and forth to Unimall between classes, labs, and hostel curfews wastes valuable study and rest hours. GrabIt LPU bridges this final-mile gap by dispatching verified campus operators to collect your parcels from Unimall and deliver them directly to your specified hostel block or campus location.
🚚How GrabIt LPU Operates
We prioritize speed, security, and simplicity with an easy-to-use digital workflow:
1. Request Submission
Students submit parcel details, room number, and delivery block via our web app with optional courier tracking ID or OTP.
2. Photo Verification
Operators photograph the collected package at Unimall before transit so customers have visual proof of pickup.
3. Direct Delivery
Parcels are brought to your hostel or campus location with pay-on-delivery via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or cash.
🏢Relationship with Unimall & Campus Operations
GrabIt LPU operates independently as a student facilitation service. We collect packages on your authorization directly from commercial parcel counters located at Unimall on the Lovely Professional University campus.
If a package is not yet sorted by the courier desk or is unavailable at Unimall, our operator records an explicit reason, and you are charged ₹0. You only pay for packages that are physically collected and safely handed over to you.
💰Fair, Flat & Transparent Pricing
We believe in complete pricing transparency without surge pricing, hidden convenience fees, or distance surcharges.
Every package delivery is billed at a flat rate of ₹9 per package across all campus hostels (Boys Hostels BH-1 through BH-8, Girls Hostels GH-1 through GH-6, Uni-Hospital, and Staff Apartments). Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before our 4:00 PM IST daily cutoff.
