Our campus operators record a photo of your parcel upon collection at Unimall. You can view this live proof directly on your order tracking page once collection begins.
Delivery is flat ₹9 per collected package. You only pay after your parcel is physically handed over at your delivery location. Cash and all UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) are accepted.
Orders in the "Placed" status can be cancelled anytime before the 4:00 PM cutoff. Once an operator begins physical collection at Unimall, the order cannot be cancelled.
